Question: What are personalized photo mouse pads?
Answer: Our personalized mouse pads are printed with your custom design on our rubber-backed polyester surface. Rectangle, football and house shaped mouse pads are approx. 1/14" thick. The round mouse pads are approx. 1/4 inch thick. We use a process to transfer your custom design to the personalized mouse pads using heat, pressure and special dye-inks that infuses the image into the pad. As a result our custom mouse pads are of excellent quality in color and detail.
Question: What are my personalized photo mouse pads design options?
Answer: You may choose from one of the may designs located at the top of this page. These designs may be modified and personalized with your image, text, logo, picture, etc. If nothing seems to fit your project we can create a completely custom design for you, just give us the details of what you have in mind.
Question: How can I tell if I'm going to like the photo mouse pads design?
Answer: We create a digital proof for your design and send it to you by Email attachment before your order goes into production. If changes are needed, we will make them and send you a revised proof until you are satisfied. After receiving approval of a proof your order goes into our production schedule and usually ships within 24 - 48 hours for in stock items.
Question: What if I have my own personalized photo mouse pads design?
Answer: Send us your personalized artwork. Be sure that your mouse pad design and artwork match the size and shape of our mouse pad. You may request a sample mouse pad style file. We prefer your mouse pad artwork files to be in Corel Draw. You may also send jpg image of your design at 300 dpi or higher and of the approx size of the mouse pad style you wish to use.
Question: How long will my personalized photo mouse pads printing take?
Answer: All personalized photo mouse pads orders will be ready ship within 24 - 48 hours after approval of a proof providing the shape you ordered is in stock. If the shape mouse pad you ordered is on back order it may take an additional 3 - 4 days.
