  • Place an order online.
  • After your order has been confirmed you will be sent to the Photo Submission page where you will find easy to follow insturctions for sending us your images via Email. Email address for photo submission will be listed at the top of the order confirmation page.
  • We provide custom layouts for our personalized gift items free of charge. Some items have the option of receiving a digital proof before production of the order. If your item is one will require a digital proof, you will usually receive the proof within 1 business day after placing your order so be sure and check your Email. If you have a spam filter check there as well. Our corespondence may end up in your Bulk Folder or Spam Folder. Yahoo, Hot Mail and AOL are especially bad about that.

If it's after business hours or our customer service representatives are on another line and unavailable to take your call and you leave a message, we will return your call ASAP. Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Quantity price breaks are given at the time of the order is placed and are automatically calculated when updating the shopping cart for the amount of items ordered.
  • We provide custom layouts for our personalized gift items free of charge. If a digital proof is required one will be provided by Email attachment usually within 24 hours from the time the order is processed. We are happy to make changes and will provide additional revised proofs reflecting those changes. Revision limit is 3, after which a $35.00 charge for artwork will be incurred for any additional changes required.

Items shipped to Canada will be subject to Taxes, and Customs fees by the Canadian Government. Those fees will be collected by UPS upin delivery of your order. PeculiarStuff.com has no control over, and is not responsible for those fees. Customs inspection may also delay delivery time.

If you want to know the exact shipping cost for an item, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button for the item of interest. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart  page at this point. Update the quantity you want on the Shopping Cart page. Enter your state, zip code and shipping method in the UPS Shipping Calculator and click "Apply". You will then be able to see the exact amount of the shipping costs for the shipping method you choose. Turn-around Time

We usually send a digital proof via Email within 24 hours for custom personalized items that require one. We can ship most items within 2 - 3 business days after receiving approval of a proof on in stock items. Due to certain types of personalization some items may take longer and the exceptions to this rule are noted in the product description.

When determining if we can meet your deadline please remember to factor in the actual time it takes for shipping the item from our location to yours. "Ships within 2 - 3 business days doesn't mean you will have your order in 2 - 3 days. It means it will leave our facility in 2 - 3 business days.

A business day is Monday - Friday.

Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be process the next business day.

On out of stock items, to save on cost so that we can pass that savings on to our customers, we reorder supplies on Monday and Thursday morning of each week, therefore out of stock items are usually ready to ship within 7 business days after the order is placed.

How to order online

  3. Once your order is confirmed you will arrive at the Photo Submission Page. There you will find easy to follow instructions for submitting your photos.

    Close Up Images Work Best
    Use Best Quality Image Possible
    Use 300 dpi resolution
    Send Uncropped Images
    We do not correct image color
    Bright colors work best
    We do not correct image focus




    Notes: Send 300 dpi or higher resolution images when possible.
    Please send uncropped images. We will crop photos to the best fit for the item ordered. Image size of approx 4x4 inches or larger works best. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together.

    We will not color correct or refocus your image. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.

 

If sending a picture via mail, place the picture between 2 pieces of cardboard so it doesn't get damaged in route.

A safer method to send your photos would be UPS since it has a tracking number. It costs more but it depends upon how much you value your picture.

We are not responsible for photos lost by the US Postal Service, and it has happened.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. For items personalized with your picture and custom design we will send you a digital proof for your approval before your order is placed into the production schedule. If changes are needed we will make them during this process. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. The better the photo you send us, the better your imprint will be.  Please check shopping cart carefully.

Q: I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ENTERING MY PERSONALIZED ORDER, AND DID NOT CATCH THE MISTAKE ON THE PROOF. MY ORDER IS INCORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO?
A: OUR POLICY IS TO REMAKE THE ORDER FOR YOU AT 50% OF THE ORIGINAL COST. YOU MUST EMAIL US DETAILING THE MISTAKE AND AUTHORIZING RESPORTS INC TO APPLY ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.


Q: MY ORDER IS INCORRECT AND IT IS YOUR MISTAKE. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE ORDER CORRECTED?
A: SIMPLY EMAIL US DETAILING THE MISTAKE AND WE'LL GET A REMAKE OUT TO YOU AT OUR EXPENSE. DON'T ATTEMPT TO SEND ITEMS BACK TO US AS THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. WE WILL SHIP ALL REMAKE ORDERS OUT FEDEX GROUND. CUSTOMERS MUST COOPERATE WITH US QUICKLY AND CLEARLY ON THE PROOFING PROCESS IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE MISTAKES.

A: SIMPLY EMAIL US WITH ORDER TO CANCEL. PLEASE PROVIDE INVOICE #. IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DESIGNED OR ENGRAVED WE'LL CANCEL THE ORDER AND ISSUE A 100% REFUND. IF ORDER HAS BEEN DESIGNED BUT NOT ENGRAVED, WE'LL REFUND 85% OF TOTAL AMOUNT. IF ORDER HAS BEEN DESIGNED AND ENGRAVED BUT NOT SHIPPED, WE CAN ONLY REFUND YOU THE COST OF SHIPPING.
