POLICY IS TO REMAKE THE ORDER FOR YOU AT 50% OF THE ORIGINAL
COST. YOU MUST EMAIL US DETAILING THE MISTAKE AND AUTHORIZING
RESPORTS INC TO APPLY ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON
FILE.
Q: MY ORDER IS INCORRECT AND IT IS YOUR MISTAKE. WHAT CAN I DO TO
GET THE ORDER CORRECTED?
A: SIMPLY
EMAIL US DETAILING THE MISTAKE AND WE'LL GET A REMAKE OUT TO
YOU AT OUR EXPENSE. DON'T ATTEMPT TO SEND ITEMS BACK TO US AS
THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. WE WILL SHIP ALL REMAKE ORDERS OUT
FEDEX GROUND. CUSTOMERS MUST COOPERATE WITH US QUICKLY AND CLEARLY
ON THE PROOFING PROCESS IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE MISTAKES.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: SIMPLY
EMAIL US WITH ORDER TO CANCEL. PLEASE PROVIDE INVOICE #. IF ORDER
HAS NOT BEEN DESIGNED OR ENGRAVED WE'LL CANCEL THE ORDER AND
ISSUE A 100% REFUND. IF ORDER HAS BEEN DESIGNED BUT NOT ENGRAVED,
WE'LL REFUND 85% OF TOTAL AMOUNT. IF ORDER HAS BEEN DESIGNED
AND ENGRAVED BUT NOT SHIPPED, WE CAN ONLY REFUND YOU THE COST
OF SHIPPING. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE CANNOT ACCEPT ORDER
CANCELLATIONS.
